By using SkillKaJob, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our related policies.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. Your continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.

2) About SkillKaJob

SkillKaJob helps users discover vocational training options and submit inquiries/applications through a simplified process.

• We aggregate information about courses, institutes, and opportunities (where available).
• We route your inquiry to relevant institutes/employers/partners based on your details and preferences.
• We are not an institute and we do not award certificates ourselves unless explicitly stated for a specific program.
• We do not control admissions decisions, placement offers, salaries, batch schedules, or institute policies.

3) Eligibility

You must be capable of entering a legally binding agreement to use the Platform.

• If you are under 18, use the Platform only with a parent/guardian’s guidance and consent.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information in all forms.
• You agree not to impersonate any person or submit someone else’s data without permission.

4) Your Responsibilities

Using SkillKaJob safely and honestly helps you get better outcomes.

• Truthful details: Provide correct name, phone number, city, education, and preferences.
• Document safety: Avoid sharing sensitive info like passwords, OTPs, bank details, or unnecessary ID numbers.
• Fair use: Do not spam forms, attempt to scrape the site, or disrupt services.
• Compliance: Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms.

5) Lead Sharing & Contact From Institutes/Partners

When you submit an admissions/job/partner inquiry, you request us to share your details with relevant third parties.

By submitting your information, you agree that SkillKaJob may share your inquiry and relevant details with institutes, employers, placement partners, or service providers that match your request, so they can contact you about admissions, counseling, placements, interviews, documents, fees, and next steps.

• Contact may occur via phone, SMS, email, or WhatsApp (depending on what you provide and consent to).
• Institutes/partners are responsible for their own conversations, counseling, fee quotes, and decisions.
• If you want your data removed, please use our Data Deletion page or email us (see Contact).

6) Fees, Payments & Refunds (If Any)

Most SkillKaJob inquiries are free. Some optional services may be paid (if/when enabled).

• Third-party fees: Institute course fees, registration charges, and deposits are decided by the institute—not SkillKaJob.
• SkillKaJob paid services (optional): If we introduce paid services (e.g., concierge shortlisting), pricing and inclusions will be shown before payment.
• Refunds: If a refund policy applies to a specific paid service, it will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase and/or on a dedicated refund page.

7) Intellectual Property

Our content, brand, and design are protected. You get limited permission to use the site normally.

• All Platform content (logos, UI, copy, graphics, structure) is owned by or licensed to SkillKaJob.
• You may view and use content for personal, non-commercial use related to exploring courses and applying.
• You may not copy, resell, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without written permission.

8) Third-Party Links, Listings & Services

Listings and links may lead to external websites or institutions we do not control.

• SkillKaJob may link to institute sites, employer sites, government sites, or other resources for convenience.
• We do not endorse every third-party site and are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions.
• Any agreement you enter into with a third party is solely between you and that third party.

9) Disclaimers (No Guarantees)

Please read carefully—this section protects both you and us by setting realistic expectations.

• The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• We do not guarantee admission, placement, salary, interview calls, or institute responses.
• Course details (fees, duration, intakes, eligibility) can change. Verify directly with the institute.
• We are not responsible for any loss arising from reliance on third-party statements, fee quotes, or commitments.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillKaJob’s liability is limited.

• SkillKaJob will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• We are not liable for third-party acts, institute decisions, employer actions, or disputes between you and a third party.
• If any liability is found, it will be limited to the amount (if any) you paid SkillKaJob for the specific paid service giving rise to the claim.

11) Termination, Changes & Governing Law

We may update Terms, suspend misuse, and resolve disputes under Indian law.

• Changes: We may update these Terms anytime. Updates will be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date.
• Termination/suspension: We may restrict access if we reasonably believe there is misuse, fraud, spamming, or illegal activity.
• Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Jurisdiction: Courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra will have exclusive jurisdiction (unless applicable law mandates otherwise).
