Brand Usage Guidelines

How partner institutes can use the SkillKaJob name & logo

These guidelines help you communicate our partnership clearly and honestly — on your website, campus creatives, WhatsApp/social posts, ads, brochures and standees. Simple rule: use the brand only to describe listing/lead partnership, not ownership, accreditation or certification.

At a glance

Use SkillKaJob branding only to describe your listing and lead partnership. Don’t imply accreditation, certification, or ownership.

Allowed

“Listed on SkillKaJob” or “SkillKaJob Partner Institute” (meaning leads/enquiries via SkillKaJob).

Not allowed

“SkillKaJob certified”, “Official SkillKaJob campus”, or anything that implies SkillKaJob accredits or runs your institute.

Always better

Add a link back to your listing on skillkajob.com where possible (website / landing page / post caption).

Recommended text “We are listed on SkillKaJob for job-linked vocational courses.”
“Apply to our courses via SkillKaJob.”
“Admissions enquiries supported by SkillKaJob.”
Avoid this “SkillKaJob certified institute”
“Approved by SkillKaJob”
“Official SkillKaJob partner campus”

Approved wording

Use these phrases in your website footer, brochures, posters, ads, social captions, and WhatsApp creatives.

Preferred status lines
  • Listed on SkillKaJob
  • SkillKaJob Partner Institute (for admissions leads)
  • Admissions leads via SkillKaJob
  • Apply through SkillKaJob (link to your SkillKaJob listing)
Words you must not use
  • Certified / Accredited by SkillKaJob
  • Official SkillKaJob campus / franchise
  • Anything implying SkillKaJob owns, runs, regulates or guarantees jobs
Suggested attribution line

Use this line under the logo or near the footer badge (small text is fine):

SkillKaJob is an admissions enquiry platform. Partner institutes remain independent and responsible for their courses, fees and policies.

Name usage rules

Consistent spelling helps trust and prevents confusion in ads/search/social.

Correct spelling
  • Write as SkillKaJob (capital S, K, J).
  • Do not write SkillKaJob™ unless we explicitly request it for a specific campaign.
  • When speaking, keep it as “Skill-Ka-Job” (easy pronunciation for students).
Avoid variants
  • Skill ka job / SkillKajob / SkillKa Jobs / Skill-KaJob
  • Using “SkillKaJob” as a verb like “SkillKaJobbed”
  • Using our name as part of your institute name or domain

Co-branding on websites, ads, WhatsApp & print

Co-branding should look like a partnership badge — not like SkillKaJob is the institute.

Recommended placements
  • Website footer: small badge “Listed on SkillKaJob” with link to your SkillKaJob listing
  • Landing page: near “Apply / Enquire” section as “Admissions leads via SkillKaJob”
  • Brochures/standees: small partner badge area at the bottom
  • Social posts: mention partnership in caption + include logo as a corner badge
Avoid misleading layouts
  • Do not place SkillKaJob logo larger than your institute logo (unless approved for a joint campaign)
  • Do not place SkillKaJob logo next to “Admissions Open” as if we are the institute
  • Do not claim “guaranteed job” or “official” status in the same creative
Safe template (copy text)

Use this under the partner badge area:

Partner badge: Listed on SkillKaJob • Admissions enquiries supported via SkillKaJob

If you include a link:

Apply via SkillKaJob: [your SkillKaJob listing URL]

Brand colors (reference)

Use these as supporting accents in co-branded creatives (optional). Don’t recolor the logo.

Tip: For busy backgrounds, place the logo inside a white rounded rectangle (badge) rather than altering the logo.

Approvals, enforcement & partnership changes

For big campaigns and anything unclear, get approval before publishing. We may request changes to protect students and brand trust.

Approval required for
  • Hoardings / large print runs
  • High-spend digital ads (Meta/Google)
  • TV / radio / influencer campaigns
  • Any creative that uses “placement”, “jobs”, “guarantee” style messaging
We may request changes if
  • Creative implies SkillKaJob accreditation/certification/ownership
  • Logo is modified, distorted, recolored, or unreadable
  • Messaging is misleading (fees/placements/refunds)
  • Partnership ends or is paused
Brand review & logo pack: Email your creative/mockup to brand@skillkajob.com. Include: campaign channel (website/ads/print), city, course, and the date you plan to publish.

FAQs

Quick answers to common brand usage questions.

QCan we say “SkillKaJob certified”?
No. SkillKaJob does not certify or accredit institutes. Use “Listed on SkillKaJob” or “Partner Institute (for admissions leads)” instead.
QCan we add effects or recolor the logo to match our theme?
No. Don’t recolor, stretch, outline, shadow, rotate, or modify the logo. If your background is busy, place it inside a white badge/card.
QCan we use SkillKaJob logo bigger than our institute logo?
Generally no — it can confuse students. If it’s a true joint campaign, get brand approval first.
QWhere should we link the logo on our website?
Best practice is to link to your specific listing/course page on skillkajob.com (or to skillkajob.com if a listing link isn’t available).
QCan we use SkillKaJob in our domain or social handle?
No. Don’t include “SkillKaJob” in your domain, page name, or handle in a way that looks official or owned by SkillKaJob.
QDo we need approval for every social post?
No, routine posts using approved wording don’t need approval. High-visibility ads/print campaigns should be reviewed.
These guidelines are designed to protect students from confusion and ensure honest partnership communication. SkillKaJob may update these rules over time; partners should follow the latest version on this page.
